As advisors, we have advised clients on tax matters, prepared estate plans - both simple and sophisticated - for numerous clients, advised and represented clients in various business transactions including the formation of new business entities, the purchase and sale of operating businesses and various financing transactions.
In the employment context, we have advised and represented individuals on retirement and ERISA matters, providing both tax and legal advice. We have also successfully negotiated severance agreements for numerous clients, be they employers or employees.
